Vantage Tower

Vantage is a 15-storey building was built to provide a selection of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom appartments in the heart of Elephant and Castle, and one of Stephensons landmark builds.
The structure of the building was built using an insitu concrete frame, with 304 precast concrete wall-cladding panels spanning between the structural floor slabs. With the exterior of the building being coated with 200mm thick reconstructed stone finishing panels made by The Marble Mosaic Co Ltd, containing carbon steel reinforcement and stainless steel fittings.
